The CEO position is responsible for setting strategic vision, driving organizational performance, and serving as the primary ambassador for our client. This role includes direct operating responsibility for JoeAnnas House, governance oversight of the Jim Pattison Centre, and a focus on supporting Kelowna General Hospital by mobilizing donors, government, partners, staff, and volunteers. The CEO is also tasked with stewarding the Foundation's culture, which is built on respect, engagement, and genuine joy in the work, and ensuring its protection and growth while championing operational excellence through the Senior Leadership Team and bringing innovative thinking to every strategy pursued.The ideal candidate for this role is an established leader who can uphold the Foundation's culture while driving operational excellence and innovation. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will play a crucial role in shaping the Foundation's future direction and success.
