The client is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the business following several years of successful leadership. The CEO will drive continued strategy with increased focus on profitable growth, international expansion, and long-term value creation, taking full responsibility for commercial and operational performance. This role requires visible internal and external leadership, alignment with company values, and sustained contribution to strategy, culture, and leadership climate.
Key responsibilities include communicating strategic priorities clearly across the organisation, continuously developing the operating model to support efficient and reliable operations across sourcing, supply chain, production efficiency, and risk management, and strengthening brand positioning through quality, sustainability, and a versatile market approach. The CEO will enable long-term, profitable growth by identifying opportunities and expanding into new international markets, while building organisational readiness and engagement to support future development.
Success in the role is expected to be supported by senior leadership experience with P&L responsibility across both commercial and operational areas, along with prior CEO or Managing Director experience for an international organisation or business unit. Additional experience may include recent FMCG leadership, ideally within food and beverage, and proven capability in leading international expansion. Professional proficiency in Swedish and English is required, and Scandinavian language capability in Norwegian or Danish may be considered as an alternative to Swedish.
