A client is seeking a seasoned C-suite executive to lead and accelerate the next phase of growth for a well-established consumer goods business in Indonesia. The role is intended for a hands-on strategic leader with deep FMCG experience, responsible for driving transformation and executing across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons. The executive will work closely with the parent company and with governance and ownership stakeholders while leading local business operations, people, and culture.
Key responsibilities include personally designing, articulating, and executing the company’s business strategy; translating strategy into operating plans, measurable targets, and execution roadmaps; and ensuring disciplined performance tracking with course correction as needed. The role will also lead business stabilization and acceleration initiatives, including restructuring where necessary, and act as a transformation leader to improve performance, processes, and organizational effectiveness. Additional duties involve supporting integration and collaboration within the parent group and balancing growth initiatives with governance and financial discipline.

The position requires regular travel, initially on a weekly basis, and is expected to be held by a transformation and execution leader with extensive FMCG senior management experience (with skincare or beauty experience viewed as a strong advantage) and a proven track record stabilizing and scaling businesses.
