The Chief Executive Officer will report to the Board of Directors and be responsible for leading our client, providing strategic direction and ensuring organizational performance. This role involves overseeing a province-wide team of legal and administrative professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. The CEO will work closely with the Board and senior leadership team to guide organizational strategy, steward public resources, and ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.Success in this role will be dependent on building trusted relationships with government, the judiciary, legal professionals, Indigenous and African Nova Scotian communities, justice partners, and community organizations.
