The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with the mission and goals set forth by the Board of Directors. They will work closely with the Board to develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization's programs and services. The CEO will also be tasked with enhancing the organization's brand and visibility in the community, building relationships with key stakeholders, and advocating for the needs of the families served by our client.In addition to providing leadership and direction to the organization, the CEO will also be responsible for managing a team of staff and volunteers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and ensuring that all programs and services are delivered effectively and efficiently. The CEO will serve as the public face of the organization, representing our client at community events, fundraising activities, and with the media. They will also be responsible for building partnerships and collaborations with other organizations, government agencies, and community groups to further the mission and impact of our client in the region.
