TMS Group Australia is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization through a phase of transformation and accelerated growth. The CEO will be responsible for driving strategy, operational excellence, and cultural alignment while enabling founders to transition from day-to-day management. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will oversee a national operation with over 230 technicians across six states and territories, managing essential services contracts in the National Electricity Market (NEM).The CEO will be tasked with ensuring sustainable growth, market diversification, organizational uplift, and long-term enterprise value creation.
