Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a client: Provide growth strategy and lead the management of a medium-sized production company with a strong reputation and a design focus. In this key role, you will be responsible for sustainable further development of the company, reporting directly to the supervisory board as well as the shareholders, and driving long-term value creation.
You will jointly with the second management level take responsibility for strategy, operations, sales, finance, and organization, with the aim of improving profitability, enabling growth, and enhancing scalability. Central tasks include professionalizing controlling and management structures, increasing operational efficiency, prioritizing profitable market and customer segments, advancing the development of the existing B2B craft business, and supporting new product and innovation approaches.
You will further develop the value-creation structure, including making make-or-buy decisions and determining whether outsourcing or extended workshop models should be used. The ideal profile includes a completed business administration degree or an equivalent qualification, along with long-standing leadership and results responsibility in producing, medium-sized structures and P&L overall accountability; experience in project-based or individualized manufacturing is beneficial. You may also be expected to pragmatically create transparency and steering instruments (for example for margin calculation, sales steering, or operational KPI systems), and you will have the freedom to shape the leadership structure in line with your strategy and capabilities.
