The Chief Executive Officer will report to and advise the EPL Board of Trustees, providing vision and leadership to drive the strategy and operational oversight of the organization. Responsibilities include improving operations, engaging employees, building on innovative services, and strengthening EPL's role as a key institution in Edmonton. The CEO will serve as the primary liaison between the Board and the organization, ensuring sound governance, fiscal responsibility, and representing EPL to municipal leaders, partner organizations, and the broader community.With the current CEO's planned departure, this appointment is a pivotal leadership transition and an opportunity to reinforce alignment, inspire confidence, and position EPL for its next chapter of impact.
