The CEO will lead the development of the network’s operational and growth strategy, including market expansion and brand positioning across the Middle East and other international markets. The position will focus on harnessing technology and AI to improve customer experiences and operational efficiency, while also driving acquisition strategies and supporting franchise development plans for future growth. The CEO will manage and motivate teams to foster a culture of performance and innovation.
Ideal candidates will have a senior-level background in consumer goods, ideally within beauty and wellness, along with strong leadership and managerial capabilities and a strategic mindset. Previous experience as a CEO or Country Manager in a relevant industry is preferred. The role is based in Dubai and will require travel as necessary; candidates should be open-minded about applying new technologies in the beauty sector, with knowledge of salon management and customer service-related systems viewed as a plus.
