The next CEO of our client will be responsible for building upon a strong foundation and continuing to drive impact in the community. They will need to bring together various stakeholders from different sectors to further our client's reach and influence, with a focus on health equity and relationship-building across Colorado. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will have full executive accountability for strategy, operations, and culture, balancing the need to respond to immediate community crises while also investing in long-term systemic change.The ideal candidate for the CEO role will be a trustworthy and transparent leader who can navigate uncertainty and inspire both staff and grantees towards a shared purpose. They must prioritize and protect our client's commitment to health equity, while also expanding the organization's physical presence and relationships across the state. The CEO will need to bridge the gap between funding and on-the-ground impact, ensuring that our client continues to support and empower the communities it serves as partners, not just beneficiaries.
