The incoming Chief Executive will be responsible for overseeing our client's services business, including software development, MSP, and Microsoft 365/Power Platform. Working closely with the Board, the CEO will play a key role in setting the strategic direction of the company, supporting business growth through the right commercial structure, and leading an acquisition programme already in progress. In the first year, the focus will be on growing the MSP and Microsoft 365 practices, which have been identified as the highest-growth areas, while also laying the groundwork for sustained commercial growth. Collaboration with the founding team, who are still actively involved in complementary roles, will be crucial for success.The successful candidate will need to have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in driving commercial growth. Experience in software development, MSP, and Microsoft 365/Power Platform will be highly beneficial. The ability to work effectively with the Board and the founding team, leveraging their expertise and experience, will be essential for achieving the company's growth objectives. The CEO will need to be proactive, results-oriented, and able to navigate complex business challenges while maintaining a focus on long-term success.
