The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will report to the Trust Board and be responsible for providing effective strategic and operational leadership for CWCART and NZFDT. This includes serving as the Brand Champion for both organizations and overseeing fundraising efforts to support their critical services. The CEO will be tasked with implementing the overall strategy, ensuring operational performance, and leading the team to achieve fundraising and revenue targets.Additionally, the CEO will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors, as well as creating financial stability for the Trusts. This role will also involve enhancing the donor experience, growing diverse revenue streams, and holding the operator accountable for delivering approved plans and business cases. Overall, the CEO will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and sustainability of CWCART and NZFDT through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
