The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will work closely with the Board of Directors to provide strong leadership to our client, ensuring that strategic and financial goals are met. This includes delivering and updating the GDC Strategic Plan and Operating Budget, as well as managing partnerships with the Government and other Indigenous Nations. The CEO will also be responsible for executing the business strategy to generate new revenue sources and improve financial results, working collaboratively with the GTC and local community development.Despite having no direct reports, the CEO will receive support from the GTC and will be expected to be a hands-on business executive. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The CEO will play a crucial role in structuring the organization appropriately to achieve its objectives and drive growth.
