the client is seeking a dynamic CEO to lead the next phase of growth for a furniture business with both brick-and-mortar and online operations. As the organization expands and evolves, the CEO will be responsible for shaping and implementing the company’s vision while maintaining its market position and ensuring customers receive high-quality products and services.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic business plan across all sales channels, driving financial performance and business growth, and overseeing day-to-day operations and service and product quality. The CEO will also build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and customers, identify new market opportunities, foster a positive and productive workplace culture, and ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies.
The ideal candidate will have significant senior management experience (typically at least 10 years), with a proven track record managing and growing an omnichannel retail business. Experience in the furniture industry or a closely related field is expected, along with a strong understanding of core business functions such as marketing, sales, and finance.
