The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial sustainability for our client, an organization that offers substance use and mental health services to members of the BC Building Trades and Construction Labour Relations Association. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO ensures that the organization fulfills its mission by overseeing program effectiveness, partner engagement, and operational efficiency at all BuildStrong locations.The CEO collaborates closely with affiliated unions, unionized employers, government partners, industry stakeholders, and the Board of Directors to support the growth and impact of our client's services and programs throughout British Columbia. By providing leadership in organizational strategy and program oversight, the CEO plays a crucial role in ensuring that accessible, high-quality services are delivered to members and their families in need of substance use and mental health support.
