The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role at ANHBC involves reporting to the Board of Directors and leading one of British Columbia's most impactful community-based organizations. The incoming CEO will oversee a thoughtful leadership transition and help shape ANHBC's future direction, ensuring long-term sustainability, financial health, and strategic impact. Working closely with the Board, the CEO will set vision and strategy, support effective governance, and maintain alignment with the organization's purpose and values in a rapidly changing environment.The CEO will lead ANHBC Central Services and provide oversight to the Executive Directors of the neighbourhood houses and camp, balancing a grassroots culture with the need for clarity, accountability, and organizational agility. Additionally, the CEO will serve as ANHBC's primary ambassador and advocate, strengthening relationships with governments, funders, Indigenous partners, sector peers, and community stakeholders. The CEO will play a critical role in leading change, navigating complexity, and building trust-based relationships across a diverse network of stakeholders to advance the profile and influence of the Neighbourhood House movement.
