The Chief Executive Officer will report directly to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for overseeing the operational, clinical, and financial performance of our client, which includes hospice, home health, palliative care, and transitional care services. The CEO will ensure that high-quality and cost-effective care is delivered, while also maintaining compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Additionally, the CEO will lead the organization in achieving sustainable growth, promoting innovation, collaboration, and a culture focused on accountability, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care.This role is crucial in shaping the organization's strategic vision and operational success, as well as building strong and trusted relationships with staff, providers, patients, families, and community partners.
