Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas (BHSET) is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization through a period of significant growth and community impact. The next CEO will report to the CHC Chief Operating Officer and the hospitals local fiduciary Board of Directors. BHSET has recently made substantial investments in healthcare facilities, including a new $70 million cancer center and a $40 million behavioral health expansion, positioning the organization for continued success in key growth areas such as cardiovascular care, orthopedics, oncology, behavioral health, and womens services.The ideal candidate for this role will be a servant leader with a strong commitment to mission and faith-based service. They will need to build and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians, including independent providers, to ensure alignment with BHSETs goals and mission. The CEO will work closely with physician partners to support clinical excellence, advance service line development, and maintain BHSETs position as the provider of choice in Southeast Texas.
