The client is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, high-energy CEO to lead the company’s next stage of transformation. The organization creates, operates, and stewards character-driven hotels, restaurants, and social spaces that anchor communities and aim for long-term performance. With experience as owners and operators of design-forward hospitality properties and a growing portfolio across the United States, the CEO will build on a track record of award-winning guest experiences and strong operational support.
The CEO will be responsible for scaling the enterprise by improving profitability, driving portfolio growth, supporting cultural renewal, and enabling enterprise scalability. The role emphasizes aligning owner interests with operational performance, building investor-grade credibility, and honoring the organization’s social enterprise ethos. The CEO is expected to leverage technology to support best-in-class operations and reinforce the company’s position as a socially responsible, independent operator.
The CEO will report to the client’s Board of Directors, which is currently composed of a majority ownership representative and the client’s founder/minority owner, along with an advisory role. The Board plans to expand by adding two industry-focused directors to strengthen hospitality operating expertise and governance. The CEO should bring a proven record of success in scaling third-party hotel management and in delivering measurable operating results.
