New Zealand Football, the country's largest and fastest-growing sport, is seeking a Chief Executive to continue building the sport both on and off the pitch. With significant transformation over the last eight years, the Chief Executive will have the opportunity to lead the game through its next chapter, following the legacy of the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 and the All Whites' return to the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Reporting to the Executive Committee through the President, the Chief Executive Officer will drive delivery of NZF's strategy, build a strong revenue base, manage a broad stakeholder landscape, bring transformational leadership, and lead, develop, and inspire NZF's people and the broader football community.The Chief Executive will be responsible for turning bold ambition into measurable results across the whole game, converting on-field success into a sustainable organization, and managing relationships with FIFA, OFC, federations, clubs, professional A-League franchises, government, and media. They will also bring transformational and organizational leadership fit for the next decade, as well as continue to build, resource, and enable a high-performance environment across the game to support sustained improvement on the world stage.
