IIBIT AHE is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead their Higher Education (HE) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) sectors. The CEO will be responsible for ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, research, vocational and English language training, while also driving growth, compliance, quality assurance and stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will work closely with the Academic Board, staff, students, regulators and industry partners to deliver sustainable outcomes aligned with the organization's mission and values.In this role, the CEO will develop and implement strategic plans, foster innovation in academic programs and industry partnerships, and ensure compliance with TEQSA and ASQA regulatory frameworks. Key responsibilities include overseeing the development of new and existing programs and projects, financial management, monitoring enrolments and student outcomes, and driving continuous improvement in systems and staff performance. The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in leading the organization towards its goals and objectives, while maintaining a focus on quality education and training.
