The ideal candidate will have a degree in a STEM field, with a background in Research & Development preferred. They should have a strong track record of leadership in the Life Science industry, particularly in IVD, and a deep understanding of the Hong Kong and Mainland China market dynamics. Strong strategic thinking, communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team are essential. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required for this role.
