The client is a UK-wide charity focused on ending domestic abuse and transforming the national response through survivor-centred, whole-system, multi-agency work. It seeks an exceptional Chief Executive to lead bold, visible, and intellectually rigorous leadership; refine strategic direction; accelerate innovation; and strengthen the organization’s position as a trusted, authoritative voice in domestic abuse system change. The Chief Executive will lead a talented team, work closely with the Board and Survivor Councils, and represent the client nationally with credibility and influence.
The role will drive organisational discipline and support a coordinated, effective response that considers whole families and the different needs involved. The client is entering a pivotal period with a multi-year strategy in place, and the Chief Executive will help shape how the UK understands and responds to domestic abuse for years to come. The successful leader will be able to hold complexity, make difficult strategic choices, and build confidence across a wide range of partners in a multi-stakeholder environment.
