The Chief Enrollment Officer & Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM) is a key executive position reporting directly to the President and serving on the Presidents Cabinet. This role involves providing leadership and direction for all aspects of student recruitment, enrollment, and marketing communications in alignment with the Universitys mission, vision, and strategic goals. The ideal candidate for this position is expected to assume office on or before July 1, 2026.The VPEM will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic enrollment management plans to achieve enrollment targets and enhance the overall student experience. This executive will also collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment strategies and marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the University by driving enrollment growth and promoting the institution's mission and values.
