The client is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the development and optimization of vehicle NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) performance, specifically focusing on road noise. The role involves refining the development process and system for road noise performance, crafting improvement strategies tailored to the client's specifics, and spearheading these enhancements. Additionally, the role requires creating a comprehensive development plan and technical roadmap for road noise performance, as well as conducting systematic training for the team to elevate their capabilities in NVH performance planning and integration.

The Chief Engineer will also conduct technical research to address complex challenges encountered in road noise performance development for vehicle models. This involves devising improved control methods and developing a new platform for road noise. The objective is to balance the performance across various systems, promote the implementation of the strategic plan, and ensure that the defined goals are successfully met.

Ideal candidates should have a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Vehicle Engineering and at least 15 years of experience working with internationally renowned car manufacturers. They should have been responsible for developing a minimum of five mass-produced car models. The role demands a strong theoretical background, the ability to integrate theory with practice effectively, and extensive experience in high-end vehicle road noise development. Additionally, candidates should possess insightful knowledge regarding industry trends and the capability to elevate the clients road noise integration control proficiency significantly.
