Ideal candidates should have a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Vehicle Engineering and at least 15 years of experience working with internationally renowned car manufacturers. They should have been responsible for developing a minimum of five mass-produced car models. The role demands a strong theoretical background, the ability to integrate theory with practice effectively, and extensive experience in high-end vehicle road noise development.
