Knox Grammar School is looking for a Chief Engagement and Communications Officer (CECO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. The CECO will be responsible for overseeing communications, marketing, enrolments, alumni, and community engagement to enhance the school's reputation and drive long-term enrolment growth. Reporting to the Headmaster, the CECO will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent and authentic messaging across all channels, while also focusing on visual identity, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic leadership and a strong understanding of communications and marketing. They will be tasked with unifying various functions into a cohesive and strategically aligned whole, while also enhancing the enrolment lifecycle experience and supporting growth across domestic, boarding, and international markets. The CECO will work in a highly relational and globally oriented environment, using data-informed decision making to drive success in all areas of engagement and communication.
