The client is seeking a Chief Digital Officer to take on mandates and drive the digital transformation of various companies with strategic vision and operational strength. This is not an in-house position, but rather involves taking on CDO mandates and advancing the digital transformation of changing companies. The role includes overseeing the development and implementation of holistic digital strategies, optimizing and digitizing processes, technologies, and structures, as well as coaching executives and building sustainable digital competencies within the organization.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in digitalizing companies and business models, strategic thinking combined with a clear sense of operational implementation, hands-on technological understanding, and the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives. The role requires high travel readiness, primarily within Germany and possibly Europe.
