the client is a leading photovoltaic manufacturer at the core of the global energy transition, entering a high-quality growth stage driven by digitalization and intelligent manufacturing. in this role, you will act as a CDO-level leader with cross-business transformation scope, shaping and executing an enterprise digital vision that enables business value through the modernization of manufacturing and global operations.
you will develop and implement the group’s mid- to long-term digital strategy and roadmap, aligning digital investment plans and priorities with business goals to close the loop between strategy and outcomes. responsibilities include building and optimizing intelligent manufacturing and industrial internet capabilities, supporting the development of smart and lighthouse-style factories through MES, factory automation, and data acquisition/analytics; creating an end-to-end supply chain digital platform covering procurement, production, logistics, and inventory; and enabling digital operations that support global sales and service networks.
you will strengthen data and platform capabilities by establishing a unified data platform and data governance framework, enabling data assetization and applying AI/big data use cases for predictive analytics and decision support. you will also coordinate IT governance and information security by integrating enterprise IT architecture and systems while improving IT efficiency and cost control; and lead organization building by assembling and managing a digital and IT team across architecture, data, product, and project functions to drive cross-department collaboration and cultivate a digital culture and capabilities. successful applicants typically have a bachelor’s degree or higher, 12+ years of digital/information experience with 5+ years at a senior digital leadership level (e.g., CIO/CDO or equivalent), manufacturing background is preferred, and strong enterprise transformation, global perspective, and hands-on understanding of systems integration (including ERP/MES/PLM/SCM/CRM) and data governance/security are expected.
