The Chief Digital and Technology Officer (CDTO) will play a crucial role in shaping the digital future of our client and implementing transformative technology strategies to enhance scientific breakthroughs. This position will involve creating a connected and secure digital ecosystem that accelerates research efforts, enhances resilience, and delivers impact on a global scale. The CDTO will be responsible for defining and executing a bold digital roadmap that incorporates AI, automation, and advanced analytics, as well as building and integrating platforms, systems, and data environments to support large-scale scientific endeavors.Additionally, the CDTO will lead cybersecurity strategy and governance to protect valuable data and research assets, while also collaborating with the CEO, Board, and science leaders to align digital investments with strategic priorities. This role will involve inspiring and developing a high-performing team, fostering innovation and collaboration throughout the organization to drive digital transformation and achieve key objectives.
