The Chief Development Officer Franchise will play a crucial role in scaling the franchise business and driving market growth for our client in Germany. This position is part of the leadership team and offers development opportunities within the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining growth and asset strategy, driving new unit and franchise growth, and strategically managing the Development/Construction function.
The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience in a leadership position, with a strong ability to manage and develop teams. They should also have demonstrated experience in expanding markets through a franchise business model, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality. Fluency in both German and English is required for this position.
