Reporting to the President & CEO, the CDO will manage philanthropic initiatives, including major gifts, corporate and government relations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan to generate revenue from individuals, foundations, corporations, and the public sector, aligned with community impact priorities. They will also be responsible for coaching and training board members and team members on fundraising strategies, managing departmental budget and revenue goals, and cultivating and stewarding relationships with donors and investors.
