The Chief Corporate Services Officer (CCSO) will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be instrumental in shaping Tiaki Wai during its establishment phase and beyond. The CCSO will be responsible for ensuring that the organization is well-equipped, resourced, and aligned for future success, delivering value to customers, communities, partners, and shareholders. Based in Wellington, this role is crucial in overseeing Tiaki Wai's corporate functions and ensuring that the organization has the necessary capabilities, culture, systems, governance, and commercial discipline to thrive and meet regulatory expectations.The CCSO will lead a diverse portfolio encompassing Corporate, People, Digital, Commercial, and Transformation functions.
