Our client is looking for a Chief Corporate Officer (CCO) to lead the corporate services portfolio, including Human Resources, Communications, Information Technology, and more. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the CCO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for strengthening the organization's capabilities to support service delivery across the City. This role offers the opportunity to lead major initiatives such as workforce modernization, digital transformation, and performance management.The CCO will work closely with executive colleagues, Council, and organizational leaders to establish management systems, accountability frameworks, and performance practices.
