The client, a medium-sized IT consulting company specializing in software solutions for the logistics and energy sectors, is currently undergoing a transformation and is seeking a Chief Consulting Officer (m/f/d) to lead the Consulting Services, PMO, and Support Services departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development of these areas, overseeing projects in terms of time, budget, and quality, and building and leading a scalable service organization. They will also be tasked with implementing and improving methods, processes, and standards to ensure quality in consulting, project management, and support, as well as collaborating closely with other departments to incorporate customer feedback into strategic product decisions.
