Our client Lurie Childrens Hospital of Chicago is looking for a Chief Compliance & Integrity Officer to lead the compliance and integrity program, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative and Legal Officer, this individual will work closely with senior leadership and the Board to proactively identify and manage compliance and regulatory risks. The CCIO will focus on optimizing the compliance program by streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and strengthening overall effectiveness while preserving regulatory rigor and avoiding unintended risks.The ideal candidate will be a visible, approachable leader with sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and demonstrated strength as a people leader. They will be responsible for building upon the hospital's strong culture of compliance and integrity by further strengthening engagement, consistency, and continuous improvement across the organization. The CCIO will also ensure compliance education, communication, and engagement are embedded throughout the organization, serving as a driver of operational excellence in navigating a complex regulatory landscape and supporting the delivery of high-quality pediatric care.
