Serving as the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer (CCMO), this role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is part of the executive team. The CCMO serves as a principal adviser responsible for executing comprehensive communications strategies and amplifying the client’s brand across internal and external platforms. The role leads external communications, oversees marketing operations, and works with leadership and key stakeholders to set the vision for and lead the Communications and Marketing Team, including areas such as media relations, social media, websites, creative efforts, and strategic communications.
The CCMO drives the promotion and management of the organization’s brand reputation and is responsible for developing, integrating, and implementing public relations activities aligned with strategic direction and positioning. The role also involves building and expanding partnerships and serving as an ambassador for the organization, with a collaborative, growth-minded approach that balances strategic leadership with effective tactical execution.
