As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for our client in the Netherlands and Europe, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the commercial strategy to drive growth in revenue and margin. You will be selling directly to board and executive levels while also building a commercial organization that can operate independently and at scale. Working alongside the COO and the founder, who is also the majority shareholder and chairman, you will form the Management Board and share responsibility for growth and operating results. Your focus will be on commercial development, expanding the international network, and identifying new market opportunities.Your main responsibilities will include driving international growth and market development, building strategic client relationships with multinationals, and developing a partner network for commercial collaboration. You will also be responsible for leading and developing the commercial organization, leveraging technology and new revenue models, and making strategic decisions to drive revenue and margin growth.
