As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead the evolution of the organization’s commercial model by integrating customer strategy, audience growth, and commercial performance to drive sustainable revenue and long-term value. You will oversee a unified commercial function that brings together customer, digital, data, marketing, partnerships, broadcast, and business development to operate as a connected, high-performing ecosystem. The role focuses on building a modern, customer-led and insight-driven commercial engine that reflects an evolving sport and an expanding audience base.
You will provide senior executive leadership, including shaping governance, accountability, and performance standards for the Commercial Division. Responsibilities include developing and executing a unified commercial strategy covering customer, digital, data, marketing, partnerships, broadcast, and business development, translating organizational strategy into commercial priorities, investment frameworks, and delivery roadmaps. You will also support the strategic direction and long-term viability of major tours and events, lead external partner and agency oversight, and strengthen alignment with executive teams and boards.
Key execution areas include driving audience growth through modern, insight-led capabilities and integrating customer journeys, content ecosystems, and channel strategies. You will own end-to-end commercial value creation across events, partnerships, broadcast, and digital platforms, including commercial modelling, pricing strategy, contract governance, and risk management, while developing and commercializing new revenue opportunities across both B2C and B2B. Additionally, you will lead partnerships and sponsorship strategy, negotiate complex long-term agreements, and own and manage broadcast and media commercialisation, including media rights, production, distribution, and partner integration.
