Description

the client is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive ultra-premium revenue growth through direct client acquisition among ultra-high net worth individuals. This is a front-line, hands-on role focused on personally originating and converting opportunities using trusted relationships across networks such as family offices, private banks, wealth managers, luxury intermediaries, and other influential gatekeepers. The position emphasizes building a robust personal pipeline, identifying non-traditional channels for discreet high-value clientele, and representing the brand with credibility and discretion.

key responsibilities include developing deep, long-term partnerships within the european uhwn ecosystem and leveraging existing networks to accelerate access to established wealth circles and legacy client bases. The role will define and execute a targeted european growth strategy, prioritizing high-value markets and client segments, and optimize commercial performance in mature markets through client insight, pricing sophistication, and tailored approaches. The senior leader is expected to collaborate with global leadership to align on key accounts, targets, and commercial priorities, and act as a bridge between headquarters and international commercial teams with an external market perspective.

the successful applicant will bring 15+ years of experience in high-end business development or sales, with a demonstrable hunter mindset and a track record as a deal originator. Candidates are expected to have proven ability to access and convert uhwn and “traditional money” clientele, ideally across europe and international markets, along with a strong, active network in relevant ultra-premium environments where trust and relationship depth are essential. The role requires leadership of a small team while remaining personally involved in revenue generation, fluency in english and french (additional languages are a plus), and flexibility for international travel and client-facing engagements, with a base in switzerland or willingness to relocate.
