the client is seeking a Chief Business Development Officer to lead and expand fundraising channels that support the organization’s mission. This senior role will help evolve consistent fundraising systems and best practices, drive strategic revenue growth, and strengthen donor relationships through a disciplined, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team culture. The Chief Business Development Officer will report directly to the CEO and will serve as a key strategic thought partner, overseeing approximately 14–16 development staff covering donor engagement, stewardship, partner events, donor communications, and scholarship support, including team members working remotely across major areas in Pennsylvania.
