The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the Neuroscience Care Line is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and business performance of neuroscienceservices at our client's organization and partner organizations. This includes managing a wide range of neurology, neurosurgery, neurointerventional, and support services to ensure high-value care delivery, sustainable growth, operational excellence, and financial stewardship. The CAO works closely with the Care Line Executive Leadership Team to coordinate neuroscience services, drive strategic growth, operational strategy, innovation, quality and safety initiatives, academic integration, and financial performance.As a key leader within the organization, the CAO provides oversight for direct reports, operational resources, and financial organizations supporting the Neuroscience Care Line. Reporting to the Care Line Clinical Board and the System Associate Chief Operating Officer, the CAO plays a crucial role in aligning Care Line strategy with administrative operations, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high reliability in care delivery. The CAO also co-leads the Care Line Executive Operations Committee to achieve Care Line goals and outcomes, making strategic decisions to advance and integrate neuroscienceservices across the enterprise.
