the client seeks a Chief to lead a Division of Pediatric Nephrology within the Department of Pediatrics. The division provides a full range of nephrology services, including dialysis and renal replacement therapy. The clinical scope includes evaluation and management of pediatric nephrology, with involvement in kidney transplantation care.
This role is expected to support both clinical excellence and academic growth, including mentorship and the delivery of strategic vision. The Division Chief will help recruit and integrate new faculty to complement existing division members and advance the division’s academic, research, and clinical needs. There will also be opportunities to expand research activities through collaboration within the client’s academic infrastructure.
