as Chair, you will work closely with the Chief Executive and fellow trustees to ensure effective governance, strong commercial oversight, and delivery of the organisation’s charitable mission. you will also serve as an ambassador across a complex stakeholder landscape, including government, regulators, industry, and the wider cyber community. you will bring credibility and integrity, with experience chairing boards or committees and overseeing organisational growth within a regulated, charity, or profit-for-purpose environment, along with strong financial and commercial acumen, sound judgement, and the confidence to support and challenge executive leadership appropriately.
