Dulwich College is looking for a Chair of the Finance Committee to oversee the financial management and governance of the institution. Reporting to the Board of Governors, the Chair will lead the Finance Committee in ensuring the Colleges finances are scrutinized rigorously, financial decisions are made effectively, and resources are managed in support of the Colleges educational and charitable goals. The Chair will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to oversee financial reporting, compliance with laws, and the Colleges relationship with auditors.The role also involves advising senior management, contributing to financial leadership assessments, and collaborating with other Committee Chairs on capital projects, investments, and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial oversight, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of company and charity law.
