The Chair will be responsible for overseeing the Board, ensuring effective organizational oversight, and navigating the organization through change while engaging with a range of stakeholders.
The client, Housing Solutions, is a financially strong organization with a turnover of over a356 million and a credit rating of A+ Stable from S&P. They currently own or manage 8,000 properties across seven local authorities and have the highest ratings from the Regulator of Social Housing. The new Chair will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the organization in an ever-changing and challenging operating environment. They must have ambassadorial skills and the ability to work with both commercial and public sector stakeholders.
