Responsibilities include strengthening multidisciplinary integration, enhancing academic productivity, elevating the department’s national profile, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture grounded in innovation, scientific rigor, and patient-centered care. The Chair will also oversee quality, safety, and operational performance while championing innovation in care delivery and research, including the continued advancement of precision oncology and AI-enabled capabilities.
