WittKieffer is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as the Chair, Department of Pediatrics and Chief, Children's Health Service Line for our client, Barbara Bush Children's Hospital. This individual will have the opportunity to shape the future of pediatric services in Maine and drive exceptional patient care, research, and education within the department. Reporting to the System Chief Medical and Transformation Officer, the Chair will lead faculty and staff in delivering high-quality care in a collaborative clinical learning environment, supporting pediatric residency and academic programs.The ideal candidate will have the expertise to effectively guide physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure optimal performance. They will also have a passion for advocating for children in Maine, New Hampshire, and beyond.
