Our client, Hackensack Meridian Health, is looking for a dynamic physician leader to serve as Chair of the Department of Medicine at Jersey Shore University Medical Center and the Southern Region. The Chair will report to the Chief Medical Officer and will be responsible for aligning departmental goals with the medical center's strategic priorities. They will also work to create a collaborative and high-quality clinical environment for providers across the Southern Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to implementing a unified department focused on exceptional quality, teamwork, and positive relationships. They will also be tasked with advancing clinical services and growing ambulatory services within the Medical Center and Southern Region.The Chair will support a strategic plan that aligns with the health system's objectives and creates a cohesive culture within the department of internal medicine.
