We are looking for a Chair to guide our client's Board as they navigate through a period of digital transformation and strategic expansion. The current Chair is set to depart in early 2026, creating an opportunity for a new leader to step in and provide direction. This position will require a commitment of approximately 1-1.5 days per month and is offered on a three-year term, with the possibility of renewal for up to six years. An annual director's fee will be provided to the successful candidate.The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles, preferably within a digital or technology-focused organization.
