The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree in Business Economics, Commercial Engineering, Business Studies, Accountancy, Taxation, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. A background in financial leadership roles such as Finance Director, CFO, or Controller with strong business interaction is required. Experience in an international setting is advantageous, along with skills in cash management and planning in seasonal, project-driven environments. Strong analytical abilities, comprehensive knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and project reporting, and proficiency in IT applications like Excel, Power BI, and ERP (Business Central) are essential. Fluency in Dutch and English is necessary, with French proficiency preferred.
